Positive: I had a great stay. The host was extremely helpful and supportive and full of great Italian hospitality. The building looks more like a nice boutique hotel - it was just recently finished so everything is nice and clean. The pool area looks really amazing, especially in the evening. Great gym. Quiet area with no construction noise, which is unique in Dubai. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
